Differences between different EMS districts explained; Commissioner Timm wonders about “liability” of rescuing tourists in the Methow, likes NT’s notion of additional Discovery Pass tax; Hover says they pay very little for Search and Rescue thanks to volunteers and federal funds for national forest activities
