The Leadership of Countywatch.

The Countywatch Executive Board Chair alternates between the Republican and Democratic Parties every 2 years.  Additionally, the Chair Persons (or their designee) of both major parties acts as "co-chair" of Countywatch. The Immediate Past Chair acts as a member at large and member from the opposing party acts as the offsetting member at large.
