1. What past or current involvement or experience have you had that prepares you for serving as an Orange County Chairman?

3. Given that the 1975 Growth Management legislation was designed to curb

Some believe that growth should be curtailed in Orange County, and the best solution is to simply say “no” to further development.  Do you agree?  Why or why not?

 

4. What is your position on impact fees in Orange County?

 

5. How would you solve traffic congestion in Orange County?

 

6. Would you cooperate with the Orange County School Board in the areas of concurrency, facilities, and transporting students?  How?  Why or why not?

8. The Orange County Commission has the legal right to regulate the use of privately owned land through its zoning ordinances.  What is your position on private property rights vs. the government’s right to regulate an individual’s land?
